Social Media and The Workplace

Purpose:

     The purpose of our group is to research into how social media affects an individual in their workplace. Furthermore, we will explain and show examples of how people portray themselves in the workplace compared to their social media. We will also study different regulations that workplaces place on their employees when it comes to their social media. Also we will talk about the pros and cons of social media when it comes to the workplace.

        

Ive taken better

After 70+ questions i found myself confused.  The results were way off of what i know i am. (extrovert 1% sensing 1%  thinking 25% perceiving 11%).

Extrovert- The test states that i am borderline extro and introverted which is just clearly isnt true. At home i constantly find myself making up excuses just to leave the house and see my friends.

Sensing-  Like extrovert they also labeled this category on the marginal.  In most situations i never go with my guts unless all the facts states that either choices has a  equal amount of pros and cons.

Thinking- Ok at least one out of four they got one right.

Perceiving- Although this is slightly true in some cases but most of the time i would be on the judging side. Very little do i give people the benefit of the doubt. These special cases only happens when someone i know for so long does something that is way out of my perspective.

Overall i would suggest not wasting your time on this test. Ive taken better ones and although those test are "paid" ones they gave me a clearer description of myself.
